MIT – Vision Correcting Displays

Screens are being built that will allow users to view their devices or screens without corrective lenses. If you need glasses, you can program your prescription into the filter which has tiny pin holes in it and it will correct the picture. They are using 4D modeling that will replace the need to put on glasses or put in contacts to do certain things. This applies more towards near sighted people who don’t have to wear vision correcting lenses all the time. The screen itself is hardware, but there is software inside that allows you to tailor the screen for yourself so you see the best picture.
